AI Companion
Led the design for custom AI and agentic workflows on the Zoom Workplace platform
I'm a Principal Product Designer focused on building thoughtful, responsive systems from early research to high-fidelity prototyping. Whether it's mapping flows in Figma, shaping motion in After Effects, or bringing ideas to life in Cursor, I stay close to the work at every stage.
At Zoom, I design agentic workflows that support users without getting in their way. I believe AI should be contextual, proactive, and grounded in the rhythm of real collaboration. My work explores how agents take on meaningful roles by adapting to constraints, context, and the values of the teams they serve.
Design isn't magic. It is a process and I stay in it from start to finish. No blind hand-offs, no black boxes. Just clear thinking and honest execution that turns ideas into systems that people can actually use.
Led the design for custom AI and agentic workflows on the Zoom Workplace platform
Introduced personalization features, new iconography, animated reactions and more
Led the design of the Zoom Whiteboard, a real-time collaborative surface for teamwork
Designed and simulated a new way to show up to meetings without anxiety over appearances
A.R.C. is an independently developed research framework exploring how autonomous AI agents can collaborate while remaining understandable, controllable, and aligned with user intent.
The system coordinates specialized agents through roles, constraints, memory, and runtime decision policies—allowing multiple agents to contribute toward a shared objective while maintaining clear behavioral boundaries.
The project explores practical design challenges including agent transparency, human oversight, memory management, delegation, conflict resolution, and multi-agent collaboration.
A.R.C. serves as a design exploration into how future AI systems may move beyond individual assistants toward coordinated teams of agents that can plan, reason, and act on behalf of users while remaining observable and trustworthy.
